That means merchandise for this Star Wars spinoff is set to hit quite a bit earlier than Star Wars: The Force Awakens did by three months. But we could see the first Rogue One: A Star Wars Story toys and other items as soon as this June. It's unclear if we'll get another Force Friday event like the one for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which saw a tidal wave of new merchandise hit store shelves this past September.
But this has not been confirmed by anyone at LucasFilm or Disney.
